These policies apply across all platform features, including but not limited to: points and wallet systems, affiliate program, user posts, marketplace listings, blogs, pages, forums, advertisements, courses, job board, events, reels, funding campaigns, offers, and all social media interactions.

1. Reasons for Account Suspension or Blocking

Accounts may be temporarily or permanently suspended or blocked for the following reasons:

A. Fraud & Misrepresentation

• Creating fake accounts or multiple accounts for self-gain.

• Manipulating the point or wallet system (e.g., using bots or fake engagements).

• Engaging in fraudulent affiliate activity (e.g., fake referrals).

• Misleading or false product listings, job posts, or funding campaigns.

B. Violation of Platform Rules

• Spamming in forums, comments, inboxes, or posts.

• Posting prohibited content such as hate speech, nudity, violent content, misinformation, or copyrighted material without permission.

• Using deceptive practices in ads, course offerings, job listings, or events.

C. Abuse & Harassment

• Bullying, threatening, or harassing other users.

• Inciting hate, discrimination, or targeting individuals or groups.

• Sharing personal information of others without consent (doxxing).

D. Security Risks

• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to user or admin accounts.

• Distributing malware, phishing links, or engaging in similar harmful activity.

E. Payment & Financial Violations

• Attempting to withdraw funds using fraudulent details.

• Refusing to fulfill promises in paid services (e.g., course, product, funding).

• Disputing valid transactions without basis (chargebacks abuse).

2. Types of Suspension or Blocking

A. Temporary Suspension

Used when a first-time or less severe violation occurs. During this period:

• Users cannot log in or access wallet funds.

• All active listings, posts, or engagements are paused.

• Duration typically ranges from 3 to 30 days, depending on the offense.

B. Permanent Suspension / Blocking

Used for repeated or serious violations. This includes:

• Permanent loss of access to the account.

• Forfeiture of wallet balance, points, affiliate earnings, and content.

• All listings, pages, and posts will be deleted or hidden.

C. Feature-Specific Restrictions

In some cases, users may be restricted from using certain features only, such as:

• Posting in forums

• Participating in affiliate programs

• Creating ads or accessing the wallet
  This allows continued access to the community under controlled conditions.

3. Appeal Process

Users have the right to appeal any account action:

• Submit an appeal via the Support Center within 7 days of suspension notice.

• Provide any relevant evidence or explanations.

• Our moderation team will review the appeal and respond within 5 business days.

Note: Repeated or abusive appeals may result in extended penalties or permanent blocking.

4. Automated vs. Manual Actions

• Some actions are handled automatically (e.g., spamming detected by AI).

• Others require manual review by our moderation team, especially in complex cases like financial or harassment reports.

5. Prevention & Transparency

• We notify users via email or in-app messages before and after action is taken.

• A warning system may be in place for minor offenses before any suspension.

• Users can view warnings and strike history in their Account Dashboard.

6. Reinstatement Conditions (If Applicable)

For temporary suspensions, reinstatement may require:

• Agreement to community terms.

• Verification of identity (KYC).

• Removal of offensive content or correction of fraud.

7. Special Note for Monetized Features

For users earning through:

• Points → converted to wallet

• Affiliate programs

• Paid listings (ads, marketplace, jobs)

• Funding campaigns

Any violation involving monetized features is treated more strictly, as it affects the platform’s financial integrity.

8. Final Disclaimer

Flowisetech reserves the right to suspend or block any account that poses a threat to the community, brand reputation, or legal compliance, with or without prior notice, in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable laws.
