1. Legal Identity

Flowisetech is owned and operated by Mr. Unyime Joseph Nicholas, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), a company duly incorporated under the laws of Nigeria with Registration No: 8739667.

2. Purpose

Flowisetech is a digital social learning, earning and community platform designed to:

• Connect learners, professionals, and entrepreneurs.
• Provide opportunities for members to earn through content creation, referrals, marketplace transactions, and monetization.
• Facilitate education, collaboration, and networking.
• Ensure a safe, fair, and legally compliant environment for digital interactions. 

3. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years or older (or meet the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction).
• By registering, users confirm they have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• All users must verify their identity by submitting a valid government-issued ID Card, International Passport, or other legally recognized identification document with a passport-style photo. Accounts without verified identification may be restricted, suspended, or denied access to monetization features.

4. User Rights & Responsibilities

• Users may post, learn, sell, and monetize content in line with platform policies.
• Users retain ownership of their content but grant Flowisetech a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it.
• Users must not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing material.
• Fraudulent activities, including fake accounts, referral abuse, or manipulation of earnings, will result in suspension or permanent termination, with forfeiture of rewards.

5. Earning & Monetization

Flowisetech provides multiple revenue streams:

1.    Content Rewards – earnings based on engagement.

2.    Referral Program – commissions for verified user invitations.

3.    Marketplace Sales – income from goods or services.

4.    Advertising Revenue – share from sponsored promotions.

5.    Subscriptions & Paid Content – revenue from courses, exclusive content, or premium access.

Payments & Taxes

• Minimum withdrawal: ₦1,000.
• Payments are processed via bank transfer, wallet, or approved partners.
• Users are responsible for declaring income and paying taxes. Flowisetech may withhold or deduct taxes when legally required.

6. Referral Program

• Only genuine referrals are permitted. Fraudulent activity will result in forfeited rewards.
• Flowisetech reserves the right to withhold or cancel referral payments in cases of abuse.
• Referral terms may be amended, with notice provided to users.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Flowisetech complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and applicable international laws GDPR.
• Personal data is collected and used solely for account verification, payments, referrals, and platform operations.
• Identity verification documents (passport, ID card, or equivalent) are securely stored and processed only for compliance and fraud prevention purposes. Flowisetech will not sell, disclose, or misuse these documents outside of legal obligations.
• By registering, users consent to Flowisetech storing and processing their data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
